Huckleberry is Your Rancho Coastal Humane Society Pet of The Week

Huckleberry is pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society. He’s a 2 year old, 62 pound, Hound / Labrador Retriever mix. That’s right. He’s a Huckleberry Hound.

Huckleberry acts more like a rambunctious puppy than a 2 year old adult dog. He likes everyone he meets and wants to say hello to everyone.

His new family will want to continue his training, teaching him to say hello politely rather than jumping on everyone and clinging to them like he never wants to let them go.

He was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through the Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS) program.

The $145 adoption fee for Huckleberry includes medical exams, vaccinations, spay, and registered microchip.
