International Surfing Day Celebration & Surf Swap In Oceanside
A fun-filled day is planned at the Rising Co. this Saturday with music, food and art. Plus buy, sell, or trade your surfboards & wetsuits.
OCEANSIDE, CA — The Rising Co. is holding its first-ever Surf Swap this Saturday, June 19th. Come celebrate International Surfing Day in Oceanside. Surfing enthusiasts can buy, sell, or trade their used surfboards & wetsuits with fellow surfers, while enjoying music, food, and art.
The Rising Co is a cooperative retail shop featuring local designers, events and co-work space, housed in a re-envisioned 1930's service station. It's also home to the Seaborne Coffee shop that will be celebrating its one-year anniversary with kombucha mocktails. The fruit will be provided by The Ecology Center, which will also have its weekly veggie stand from 9am to 1pm.
A full day of fun is planned starting at 9am with Barre Therapy outdoor workout. Surfrider Foundation will be there fundraising for their cause. Snapi Booth digital photobooth will be setup, an interactive art station for kids and a DIY Father's Day station by Rais Case.

There will be a DJ from 4 to 8pm and a watch party for the Electric Surfboard Acid Test Movie featuring Mason and Coco Ho at 8:30pm.
