February 10 – 16 is “National Secondhand Wardrobe Week.” It’s the ideal time to visit your Rancho Coastal Humane Society Thrift Shop at 120 Aberdeen Drive in Cardiff by the Sea. The 5K Paw Walk in the Garden is the only day of the year when dogs are allowed in the San Diego Botanic Garden at 230 Quail Gardens Drive in Encinitas.
