Lana is Your Rancho Coastal Humane Society Pet of The Week

Lana is pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society. She’s a 9 year old, 68 pound, female, German Shepherd / Labrador Retriever mix.

She likes to stay near her human family members. But if you throw her ball, she runs to go get it and bring it back so you can throw it again.

When her walks or playtime are over, Lana will be happy just to hang out with you. The care providers in the kennels say that the two words that best describe Lana are “Loyalty” and “Love.”

Lana was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society from another shelter through the Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS) program.

Your Rancho Coastal Humane Society Thrift Shop at 120 Aberdeen Drive in Cardiff by the Sea is re-opening June 15 with a Grand re-opening scheduled for June 29th. Summer hours are 9 to 5 every day.

· During June anyone who fosters pets for RCHS gets 10% off.

· Anyone who has adopted a cat from RCHS during June gets 10% off.
