Maintenance Methods Beyond Glue & Duct Tape

San Diego Educational Luncheon Offers Insightful Maintenance Methods to Homeowners and Community Association Managers

San Diego, CA – June 3, 2015 – The second educational luncheon and trade show of 2015 hosted by Community Associations Institute-San Diego (CAI-SD) will take place on Friday, June 5. Titled, “Maintenance Methods Beyond Glue & Duct Tape”, this trade show educates community managers and homeowners on proactive maintenance methods and long-term planning. This event will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel in Mission Valley from 10:00am – 2:00pm.

The trade show and luncheon will feature three speakers, including: Pat Sullivan, the owner and project/construction manager of Sullivan Construction Management; Lindsay Fox, a former community association manager working in business development for Pacific Western Painting; and Alex Sarandinaki, a former United States Marine and the Senior Project Consultant for Black Diamond Paving.

This educational program is intended for community managers, homeowners and business partners, and is designed to teach attendees how to better communicate, find cost-effective solutions for any project size, review project proposals and take a proactive approach to deferred maintenance.
