Oceanside In 2nd Place For Mayor's Water Conservation Challenge

Help Oceanside take first place in the 2021 Mayor's Challenge for Sustainability. Take the pledge by Friday and enter to win prizes.

OCEANSIDE, CA — There is still time to help Oceanside win the annual Mayor's Challenge for Water Conservation. Last year Oceanside came in 2nd place, and with the help of the community, the City hopes to get the No. 1 spot in 2021.

The City of Oceanside is currently in SECOND PLACE in the 2021 Mayor’s Challenge for Sustainability, so make sure you take the pledge at www.mywaterpledge.com if you haven’t already (only pledges between April 1-30 will count in the competition!) to help us get to first! You can also continue logging your sustainable actions at wylandfoundation.ecochallenge.org through this Friday, April 30, to add even more points to Oceanside’s score.

Encourage your friends, family and neighbors to join the Challenge too! Oceanside residents who take the pledge will be eligible for thousands of dollars in prizes if our City wins.
