Oceanside City Council March 24, 2021 Meeting Agenda Highlights

OCEANSIDE, CA — The joint meeting of the Oceanside City Council, Community Development Commission (CDC), and Harbor Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2021.

The Closed Door session starts at 3:30pm, followed by regular business at 5:00pm. If applicable public hearings commence at 6:00pm.

The March 24, 2021 Meeting Agenda includes 27 items ranging from acceptance of over $5 million in grants, approval of $400K in purchases, Cannabis licenses, Housing and Community Development action plan, and Anti-tax resolution.

NOTE REGARDING COVID-19: City Council meetings are continuing. Due to applicable
Public Health Orders, the City Council chambers will not be open to the public and City Council members have the option of participating by phone. Members of the public are strongly encouraged to watch the meeting on KOCT Cox Channel 19 (live streaming service available at www.koct.org/channel19).

If you would like to speak on an agenda item during a City Council meeting, you must email the City Clerk (CityClerk@OceansideCA.org) by 4 PM on March 24, 2021. Please provide the City Clerk your name and the item number you wish to comment on. If you plan to call into the meeting, you must also provide the telephone number you will be using. You must be logged on to the Zoom meeting by phone or online to speak. When it is your turn to comment, the City Clerk will call you by name or phone number.

If you wish to provide a comment to the City Council, but are not interested in speaking during the meeting, you may email your comments to the City Clerk (CityClerk@OceansideCA.org). All comments must be sent via email by 4 PM on the day of the meeting.

All timely received comments will be provided to the City Council prior to the meeting and made a part of the record of the meeting. Please note that these comments will not be read aloud during the meeting.
