This Friday May 16 Oceanside Rotary will host County Supervisor, District 5, Candidates Bill Horn and Jim Wood at a special weekly lunch meeting that will be held at the Broken Yolk Restaurant, 2434 Vista Way, Oceanside, CA 92054.
A lunch will be served at 12 noon, with a choice of various menu items, followed by a short Rotary meeting at 12:30 before the Candidates take center stage no later than 12:45. Janet Bledsoe Lacy, a prominent local attorney and Rotarian will moderate the session, which will open with the candidates each making an opening statement. This will be followed by the Moderator asking both candidates a series of questions, and then each candidate having a short closing statement. Thereafter, the floor will be open to questions from the attendees, with each candidate being given the opportunity to answer each question asked. The meeting will end at 1:30.
