Pancake is Your Rancho Coastal Humane Society Pet of The Week

He's a good boy!

Pancake is pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society. He’s a 2-1/2 year old, 85 pound, male, Mastiff mix.

If you like big dogs who don’t know they’re big dogs, you will love Pancake. He will do best living with an active family that will help him use up his energy.

His family will need to teach him the proper ways to ask for attention. Pancake responds well to praise for good behavior and positive reinforcement for being a good boy!

He was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society from another shelter through the Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS) program.

* If you see baby kittens who appear to be alone, try to determine whether the mamma cat is still around before scooping them up.

* If they appear abandoned, hungry or in danger, take them to a safe place then contact Rancho Coastal Humane Society for help.
