Penelope is a 1-1/2-year-old, 8-pound, female, Domestic Short Hair cat with a Brown Tabby coat.
She was one of seven cats surrendered by their owner to a crowded shelter in Riverside County. Penelope was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS.)
This “house panther” would love an active home and a family that can give her all the playtime she asks for. She enjoys sunbathing, cuddling, meeting people, and talking.
