Princess Bubblegum is Your Rancho Coastal Humane Society Pet This Week

She was stray.

Princess Bubblegum is pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society. She’s a 2-year-old, 9-pound, female, Domestic Short Hair cat with a Brown and White Tabby coat.

She was a stray cat in Riverside County until a good Samaritan picked her up and took her to a shelter. When nobody claimed her after two months, she was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS.)

When she got to the cattery, Princess Bubblegum met the other cats with no issues. She loves playing with her wand toy. She does not like being restrained.

Special Note:

National Mutt Day is held twice each year on July 31st and December 2nd.

Don’t let the word “mutt” fool you! A mutt is simply a dog of mixed breed.

Mixed breed dogs learn, obey, and train the same as purebreds. Their love and companionship are just as faithful.

The perfect Mutt may be waiting for you! For information about adoption or to become a Virtual Foster by sponsoring a pet, visit Rancho Coastal Humane Society at 389 Requeza Street in Encinitas or log on to www.SDpets.org.
