Rite Aid Opens Drive-Thru Coronavirus Testing Site In Oceanside
Rite Aid is expanding its COVID-19 testing capacity with nearly 100 new drive-thru testing sites opening Thursday across California.

OCEANSIDE, CA — Rite Aid is expanding its COVID-19 testing capacity with nearly 100 new drive-thru testing sites opening Thursday across California, including one in Oceanside.
Testing will be available for adults, regardless of whether the person is experiencing symptoms, according to Rite Aid. Results are expected in three to five days, a company spokesperson said.

- Alpine: 1665 Alpine Blvd.
- Fallbrook: 1331 S. Mission Road
- Lemon Grove: 7224 Broadway
- Oceanside: 1201 South Coast Highway
- Valley Center: 28535 Cole Grade Road
The sites will utilize self-swab nasal tests overseen by Rite Aid pharmacists. The sites will be open from 10 a.m to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Through its partnership with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Rite Aid will now operate a total of 258 testing sites across 13 states, with the capacity to conduct roughly 94,000 tests weekly across all locations, according to the company.
Patients must be at least 18 and provide government-issued ID. Register at riteaid.com.
