Have You Ever Heard of Tejano Music and Entertainment.? Not Many People Knows Our Tejano Culture. Oh, By the Way,"Tejano: Meaning Texan. Our Tejano Music Style Goes Back to the 1800's and Beyond. But, it was not known to the General Public until when the Father of Tejano/Conjunto Music, Mr. Narcisso Martinez introduced it back in the Year 1920's and 1940's. His Tejano/Conjunto Band consisted of an Accordion, Bajo Sexto, Bass Guitar and Drums. Tejano is a Style of Music and so is Conjunto Music. Tejano Music is a Unique Style, There is No Comparison. On the other hand, Conjunto Music is some what like Norteno Music but a Different Style. Norteno Music is a Style developed in the Northern States of Mexico While Conjunto Music Style was Developed in The State of Texas and thou spreading into the Northern and Western States of the United States of America. Maybe You have heard of Our Texas Tejano Artist Late Selena. May She Rest in Peace. Selena was and Still is Our Tejano Music Queen.!!! She Opened the Doors to many of Our Female Texas Tejano Artists after Her Dead in March 1995. Puerto Rican, Jennifer Lopez played Her part in the Selena Film Movie. Selena Tejano Music will Live Forever.!!!
