4 Arrested At Fullerton K-9 Kennel: Cops
Fullerton undercover police discovered an illegal drug operation at a local kennel 20 dogs were inside when police raided the facility.
FULLERTON, CA — Four people were arrested on suspicion of running a drug-dealing operation out of the Sanders K-9 Inn, a kennel, Fullerton police said, Thursday.
Fullerton detectives conducting undercover drug sales surveillance at the business spied for drug sales saw suspect, Christopher Proglio, who was living inside the kennel business and had an outstanding warrant for his arrest and who is a probationer, Radus said.
"When police questioned Proglio he was in possession of 28 grams of heroin and 1.6 grams of methamphetamine," Radus said.

According to police, a subsequent search of the business revealed "indications inside the business that they were selling drugs" out of the kennel.
A total of 20 dogs were at the kennel when police raided the facility, according to Fullerton Police Lt. Jon Radus. After OC Animal Care inspected the operation, it was decided to leave the animals in the care of an employee who "did not appear to be involved in the drug activity," Radus said.

Richard Sanders, the owner of the operation, was booked Wednesday on suspicion of drug and drug paraphernalia possession, Fullerton police Lt. Jon Radus said.
Also in custody are Christopher Proglio, 53, of Fullerton, suspected of possession of a controlled substance and methamphetamine for sale, having brass knuckles and forging of an official seal.
Juan Coronado, 38, of Corona, is suspected of possession of drug paraphernalia and forging of an official seal.
Jennifer Sandoval, 30, of San Dimas, faces suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia accusations.
