Police and Orange County Fire Authority firefighters were dispatched to the 2000 block of South Margie Lane, near Ninth Street, in response to reports of a shooting at around 8:42 p.m. Sunday.

Upon arriving, officers found Swets unresponsive inside of a parked vehicle. He suffered from several gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene, Anaheim police said.

The two suspects were arrested Wednesday, police said.

An investigation found that Royal knew the victim, according to police.

The investigation is ongoing and detectives ask anyone with information regarding the fatal shooting to call Orange County Crime Stoppers at 855-TIP-OCCS (847-6227).
