In-N-Out store managers earn over $200,000 per year on average, Inc. recently reported.

That's a significant jump from the $163,000 that managers at the Irvine-based company made — plus profit-sharing — on average in 2018, Forbes reported at the time. It is also drastically higher than the current average base salary of a California fast food manager, which is $68,774, according to Indeed.
