Disneyland Warns Guardian's Of The Galaxy Riders Of 'Unsafe' TikTok Trend

ANAHEIM, CA — Disneyland park officials are warning guests to avoid engaging in an unsafe TikTok trend that encourages riders on Guardians of the Galaxy — Mission: Breakout to break the rules for more ride-time, the Orange County Register reported.

Disneyland officials issued a safety warning at Disney California Adventure on Tuesday, Feb. 21 in response to the trend of improperly fastening seatbelts on the attraction, the report said.

The park has had "multiple incidents of unsafe guest behavior" as a result of the trend, officials told KTLA.

According to Walt Disney World News Today, park officials placed new signage around the ride to combat the trend.

The signage shows an image of a seatbelt and reads: “Keep seat belt securely fastened and tight against the waist. Failure to follow instructions may result in being asked to leave the park.”
