BREA, CA — Police on Sunday released a photo of a 79-year-old woman with high blood pressure, who went missing in Brea.
Shuchih Qao, who does not speak English, was last seen walking a small black poodle, the Brea Police Department reported.
Shuchih is in need of medication and was by police described as a 5-feet tall Asian woman with a medium build and black hair.
