Gov. Gavin Newsom To Visit Orange County To Address Homelessness
The Golden State governor will visit SoCal today to attend a ribbon cutting of a new unified command center in Orange County.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA — Governor Gavin Newsom will visit Orange County Thursday to attend the ribbon cutting of a new unified command center in the county, according to the California Governor's Office.
Newsom will be helping to celebrate the opening of a new unified command center in Orange County at around 1 p.m., a report said. Senators Josh Newman and Tom Umberg, as well as Assemblywoman Sharon Quirk-Silva and local elected officials will also attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The new unified command center is designed for health care workers, CBOs and local law enforcement to address homelessness collaboratively and in a more organized fashion.
