Firefighters Douse A Stanton House Fire Amid Excessive Storage Conditions Sunday
A Stanton home with "excessive amounts of storing" caught fire Sunday midday, Orange County Fire Authority reports.

STANTON, CA —An Orange County home with excessive storing caught fire Sunday midday, Orange County Fire Authority reports. No one was hurt in the blaze, complicated by the conditions inside the home.
Both Orange County Fire Authority and Anaheim Firefighters were dispatched shortly before 12:45 p.m. to the 10900 block of Endry Street, where smoke and flames were reported at the Stanton home. Once they made entry, the conditions inside the home made the battle more dangerous, according to an OCFA spokesperson.
Firefighters discovered "excessive storage" inside—also known as hoarding—where a large number of possessions stored inside increasedthe fire load.

Such conditions may present a challenge to exiting in a safe manner, OCFA reported over social media.
Firefighters brought the blaze under control within 17 minutes of their arrival, the Orange County Fire Authority reported.
