Man Charged With Propositioning 2 Teens In South Orange County

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA — A 27-year-old man was charged Tuesday on suspicion of propositioning two teenage girls at an apartment building in San Juan Capistrano.

Leslie Tseng was charged with a felony count of contacting a minor with the intent to commit a specific offense and a single misdemeanor counts each of child annoyance with soliciting prostitution with a minor, according to Orange County court records.

The Orange County Sheriff's Department said Tseng attempted to solicit prostitution from a 13-year-old girl at the apartment complex at about 3:45 p.m. Sunday. When confronted by the mother, Tseng ran off, OCSD Sgt. Scott Steinle told City News Service.

At the same apartment building he also attempted to solicit sex from a 14-year-old girl over a Ring camera, Steinle said.

No further details were immediately released.
