OC Woman Sexually Battered Inside Elevator: Report
A woman said she managed to fight a man off who attacked her inside an elevator at a storage facility in Orange County.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA β An Orange County woman told ABC7 that she was sexually battered and assaulted inside an elevator in Irvine last weekend.
The 30-year-old woman, who did not disclose her identity, was helping her family move items into Extra Space Storage facility on 17 Shield in Irvine around 3 p.m. on June 25 when she entered an elevator and encountered an unknown man.
He reportedly lunged at her and pulled down her sports bra. The man then latched onto her breast and hit her, she told the station. She then punched him in the face and engaged in a "full-blown fist fight." The man exited the elevator and was able to flee the scene, she said.
