One Million Dollars In Drugs Seized By Huntington Beach Police
Huntington Beach Police officers arrested two men Tuesday and seized $1 million worth of cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine.

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA — The Huntington Beach Police Department arrested two men and seized $1 million worth of cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine Tuesday in what is said to be an ongoing investigation into a drug trafficking organization based in Mexico, police officials reported Wednesday.
Police took in 317 pounds of methamphetamine, 17 kilos of cocaine and fentanyl and two handguns, HBPD reported.

City News Service reported that the two men arrested aged 21 and 29. They were taken into custody Tuesday in Bell by HBPD detectives. During the arrest, one of the men had 20 pounds of methamphetamine on him and a search warrant was issued by police. The search warrant led police to more drugs and guns, the Orange County Register reported Wednesday.
The names of the suspects are not immediately available. The investigation regarding the reported drug trafficking organization based in Mexico has been ongoing since October, HBPD reported.
