Overturned Car On 22 Freeway Stalls Morning Traffic: SigAlert

GARDEN GROVE, CA — At least one person was injured after a crash was reported on the State route 22 Freeway Thursday morning in Orange County, authorities said.

The crash was reported at 9:02 a.m. Thursday on the eastbound side of the freeway near Harbor Boulevard in the City of Garden Grove, according to the California Highway Patrol.

According to officers, a vehicle was seen flipped onto its roof and blocking a middle lane on the freeway. At least one person was injured as a result of the crash, though the injured person's identity was not known.

The crash slowed traffic considerably and prompted authorities to issue a SigAlert at around 9:30 a.m.
