BREA, CA — Photographs of a woman caught on camera taking boxes off a Brea Porch are circling social media in Brea. Brea Police Department Det. Zuleyma Murphy calls her a "real-life Grinch," as she stole gifts likely purchased on Cyber Monday in advance of the Christmas holiday.

She was caught on a Ring camera stealing a package while her accomplice waited in a white Dodge Charger, Murphy reported over Twitter on Thursday.

Police have the make and model of the car, the license plate and believe the pair is likely linked to package thefts in nearby Fullerton, Orange, and Yorba Linda.
