Santa Ana Man Shot To Death In Garden Grove

GARDEN GROVE, CA — A Santa Ana man was found fatally shot Sunday in Garden Grove.

Officers responded to a "traffic collision and a man down on the street" call at 1:39 a.m. Sunday in the 14000 block of Buena Street, according to the Garden Grove Police Department. When officers arrived they found a man dead with a gunshot wound to his head.

Based on the investigation, authorities determined that no traffic collision occurred.

The name of the 30-year-old victim will not be released until his family is notified.
