Wrong-Way Driver Dies On Road After Causing Crash In OC, Police Say
A driver who caused a wrong-way crash on an Orange County freeway was killed after she got out of her vehicle and was hit by a car.

ANAHEIM HILLS, CA — A wrong-way driver responsible for a crash on an Orange County freeway was killed after she left her car and was hit by a passing car Sunday, The Orange County Register reported.
The original crash was reported around 2:25 a.m. when the woman was driving against opposing traffic on the connector road from the southbound 241 Toll Road to the westbound 91 Freeway, the report said.
According to the newspaper, the woman — who was not identified by police — crashed into another vehicle before getting out of her car and walking into traffic lanes.
