• 2 Suspects In Lamorinda Car Burglaries Arrested After Chase, Wrong-Way Ramp Escape (patch.com) — Two suspects accused of a string of tool thefts in Orinda and Lafayette were arrested in Oakland after fleeing police and briefly driving the wrong way onto a Highway 24 onramp. Investigators say the Acura RDX they used is tied to multiple recent auto burglaries, and officers recovered stolen property linked to Orinda victims. Both Oakland men now face grand theft and related charges.
