Pacifica State Beach

Pacific Beach Coalition's annual Earth Day EcoFest is a free, family-friendly outdoor community event. Starting off the day at 9am across more than 15 site locations for cleanup and habitat restoration events across San Mateo County, the fun continues from 10:30am - 1:30pm with our main festival event at Pacifica State Beach in Linda Mar.
The festival is co-sponsored by the City of Pacifica and will include more than 30 booths and activities with partners ranging from Recology of the Coast, North Coast County Water District, Peninsula Clean Energy, San Mateo County Parks Foundation and The Marine Mammal Center, in addition to City and County partners, local community-based organizations, schools, scientists, artists and advocates. With fun activities planned, including a Marine Robotics team, we expect that EcoFest will be an engaging, inspiring opportunity to celebrate Earth Month, Climate Week, the beauty of nature and our need to become better watershed stewards.&nbsp;
This year's honoree, steelhead trout, provides a welcome reminder of how our unique coastal environment supports an incredibly resilient ecosystem, with a surviving population of these remarkable fish continuing to spawn, swim, and survive in San Pedro Creek. Visitors will be encouraged to take a Naturalist tour hosted by Linda Mar Water Quality Coalition and learn more, while we also present our educational programming shared throughout the year at school assemblies, workshops, and in the classroom with our teacher toolkits.&nbsp;

Join us for "Finding Our Way Together," a fun and insightful youth event for students in grades 6–12. Spend the afternoon connecting with others through games, music, conversations, and yummy snacks while exploring practical, faith-based ways to navigate everyday life. Whether you come with friends or meet new ones there, it’s a relaxed space to learn, ask questions, and learn together. Parents are welcome to stay and hang out or simply drop students off for the event.

The energy centers (chakras) express physiological and psychological–emotional functions or blockages.
These monthly workshops expand upon the work explored in our regular practice classes, with each session focusing on one chakra per month to support balance and activation for better functioning in the specific aspects of that energy center.
Through intentional movement, breath, and guided awareness, we will deepen into the qualities, imbalances, and healing potential of each cakra in a steady and progressive way.

SANTÉ! by Cirque Kikasse is a high-energy circus show where world class acrobatics, breathtaking balances and contagious energy collide — all aboard an extraordinary truck. The troupe prepares their rooftop terrace for service through a series of playful transformations, from arranging furniture that becomes a balancing tower 35 feet off the ground, to the deliberately inefficient cleaning of the truck and trampoline, to the joyful overflow of the popcorn machine.
