Candlelight vigil

Long time pacifica resident , Errol Chang lost his life tragically March 18, 2014.
The candlelight vigil is in his memory and all families who have loved ones suffering from mental illness.   We hope this showing of support from family, friends, the community and community leaders will bring awareness to families in crisis with a loved one suffering from mental illness.  We hope new procedures will be put in place so that when a family reaches out for help they will feel confident their loved one will be safe.   Please join us.  Your presence will speak volumes.
