Car-Bike Accident on Manor Drive this morning

Does anyone know what happened? By the time I came across the scene only the car and the bike were left (the bike was slammed into the car). I've heard that the poor guy riding the bike downhill smashed into the car going uphill and died. Does anyone know if this is true? What a horrible accident :(
