I brought OOOOOdles & OOOOOOdles of my son's out-grown clothes to my friend Priscilla for her young son. I had collected delicious designer baby items I had collected over the years; From Little cozy Ugg boots and a mini Burberry Rain Coat. All pre-washed & folded! I was so excited to present my friend with these baby treasures.
When I arrived to Priscilla's house I brought the sacks of clothing into her living room. She stopped me as I was about to leave. She alerted me, "Wait, let me see what I want and then you can take the rest to Goodwill."
I thought, maybe at Christmas I should say the same to "Picky Priscilla". Perhaps?
But really, the Proper Etiquette is to accept ALL that is given without question. And always say THANK YOU.
