Following Recent County Crimes, Sheriff's Office Reminds Residents to Report Suspicious Activity

Following recent reports of residential burglaries in Portola Valley, the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office is reminding residents to be on the lookout for suspicious activity.

 Residents should lock all doors and windows, and utilize home security systems, according to the sheriff's office.

 Vehicles should also always be locked, and residents are told to not leave valuables in their cars.

 Suspicious activity, including people and vehicles, should be reported to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office at (650) 363-4911.
