My husband, Vince, was diagnosed with ALS, just 2 days before our wedding back in June. We were devastated, but not destroyed! We decided then and there to take some time for us and go travelling and see our bucket list places! And we did!! What a great 2 months!! But it did put a dent in our retirement nest egg. So, with a bunch of major expenses coming soon, our good friends have decided to host a fundraiser for us! So...
This is your official invite to the Fun Fundraiser for Vince!! It will be Saturday, November 21st from 730pm - 930pm at Longboards Margarita Bar, here in Pacifica. We are hosting both a Raffle and a Silent Auction!! And we are hoping to have a great rocking band!! So far, we have some AMAZING items!
What kind of items you ask?
A weekend in a 3 bedroom house near YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK (Worth $500!)
A 2 night stay in a 4 bedroom house in New Hampshire (Worth $500)
A gift certificate from The Truth ~ A Tattoo Studio (Worth $300!)

The silent auction items can be bid on via email with a max bid given. I will set up pictures of the items as we get closer to the date! They will also be posted on the Event Page on Facebook:
Do you, or do you know anyone that owns a restaurant? Hotel? Florist? Pet store? Any other local business? Gift cards work well. Pre-made gift baskets. Restaurant gift certificates. Services of any kind (massages, manicures, facials, house cleaning, etc), use of a vacation rental or timeshare. Anything we can raffle or auction off the night of the event. Please let me know your ideas!!
Please let me know if you have questions, would like the full list of items with pictures so you can bid if unable to come, or would like me to pick up an item to be auctioned or raffled.
