Local Pacifica Kid Creates New Sport!!

Dear Patch Pacifica,

My friend Skye had broken his neck in a tragic accident and designed a new kite-driven sport for para and quadriplegic people.  He has spent hundreds of hours designing the Crab-Buggy, and we have collectively spent thousands of dollars creating the 4 minute video you'll see here that tells his story --> http://vimeo.com/90438335
