Man In 'Short Shorts' Wanted For Indecent Exposure In Linda Mar

Police say the man was exposing himself and taking photos of children with his phone.

PACIFICA, CA — A man is sought by Pacifica police in connection to an indecent exposure incident at a local beach. Police said he was spotted exposing himself and taking photos of children with his cellphone in the area of Linda Mar Beach on Wednesday.

Police were called to the beach around 2:40 p.m. upon a report of the indecent exposure incident and discovered that the suspect had left prior to their arrival.

He was last seen driving out of the beach parking lot southbound on state Highway 1 in a gray, late model two-door Honda Civic or a similar vehicle, police said.

The suspect was described as a white man between 40 and 50 years old with a beard, wearing a black hat, a turquoise shirt and "short short" white shorts, according to police.
