Mountain Lion Spotted In Pacifica
The mountain lion was about 100 pounds and was not aggressive. Similar sightings were reported late last month.
PACIFICA, CA — A mountain lion was spotted Thursday night in Pacifica, San Mateo County officials said Friday.
The officials said they received a report of the animal in the 200 block of Gateway Drive at about 8:15 p.m.
The mountain lion was about 100 pounds and was not aggressive.

Officers responded and did not find the cat. Similar sightings were reported on the morning of Nov. 25 near the 900 block of Fassler Avenue and in the Westview neighborhood, county officials said.
