Pacifica Crash Was Alcohol Related, Police Say

PACIFICA, CA — Two suspects were arrested on suspicion of alcohol-related crimes after a recent crash in Pacifica, police said. An officer saw that a collision had happened on Clarendon Road just west of Oceana Boulevard around 6:35 p.m. Sunday and investigated, according to police.
The officer determined that the driver and passenger of one of the vehicles involved in the crash were intoxicated, police said. The officer and backup officers tried to arrest the two. The suspects resisted but were taken into custody, according to police.
The driver, Thomas Buckle, 36, of Pacifica, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest, police said. His passenger, Camille Buckle, 64, also of Pacifica, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication and resisting arrest.
