Pacifica Man Found With Drugs, Paraphernalia: Cops
At about 3:45 a.m., officers were on routine patrol in the Fairmont district when they spotted David Begovich.

PACIFICA, CA -- A Pacifica man was arrested on suspicion of drug offenses Wednesday after police found drugs and paraphernalia in the man's disabled vehicle, police said. At about 3:45 a.m., officers were on routine patrol in the Fairmont district when they spotted David Begovich, 27, standing next to his vehicle, which had broken down and was blocking the roadway at Hickey Boulevard and Farallon Avenue.
As an officer approached the vehicle, he saw drug paraphernalia in plain view, police said. An ensuing search allegedly turned up assorted drugs and pills in the car.
Begovich was placed under arrest on suspicion of possessing narcotics and drug paraphernalia. He was cited then released from the scene, police said.
