Pacifica Police Investigate Commercial Shooting
Police in Pacifica are investigating a commercial burglary that occurred at a convenience store early Friday morning.
PACIFICA, CA — Police in Pacifica are investigating a commercial burglary that occurred at a convenience store early Friday morning.
On Friday at 2:10 a.m., officers with the Pacifica Police Department responded to 2480 Skyline Blvd. on a report of a possible commercial burglary in progress.
Police said a resident in the area reported several people were in the parking lot with tools and were attempting to force entry into a convenience store by using a vehicle to pull the doors open.
Responding officers observed a vehicle similar to the suspect vehicle leaving the area.

Police said the vehicle fled from officers at a high rate of speed, and a vehicle pursuit ensued.
The pursuit was terminated when the suspect vehicle entered Interstate Highway 280 and began driving north in the southbound lanes of traffic, police said.
Police said there was damage caused to the storefront, and there was a loss of an undisclosed amount of property during the burglary.
