Pacifica Thief Sought: Man Holds Up 7-Eleven, Police Say

Police are hoping someone may recognize the suspect pictured here.

Pacifica, CA – Police are seeking a suspect who robbed a 7-Eleven convenience store at gunpoint in Pacifica on Tuesday night.

The robbery was reported at 9:49 p.m. at the store at 137 Manor Drive. Officers learned that the suspect walked up to the cashier, took out a handgun and demanded money, police said.

The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and was last seen running behind the store toward Ocean Shore School on Oceana Boulevard, according to police.

Officers with the assistance of a South San Francisco police K-9 searched for the suspect, who eluded arrest. He is described as a black man in his 30s or 40s who was wearing black sunglasses and dark clothing.
