Pedro Point Hidden Beach

Noticed a new sign on the steps down to the hidden beach on Pedro Point.  It says "Last Warning No Trespassing All violators subject to fine and arrest Keep out."  Was curious if everything below this sign is private land and he has the right to post a sign like this.  Furthermore, I didn't see a "First Warning."  Perhaps the sign should say "One and only warning.."  :-)
