Photographing Our Coastal Treasures

"Friends of San Pedro Valley Park", invite you to a photographic presentation at the San Pedro Valley Park Visitor Ctr Sat. March 19, 5-6pm

Edwin Hacking presents a magical photographic journey of our coastal treasures from the valley to the sea. Not only are the photographs strikingly beautiful, but he captures what many of us might overlook.

Known for his expressive nature photography, follow Edwin Hacking as he presents a nature based photographic journey through the back trails of San Pedro Valley Park, the beaches of Pacifica and the coastside of our neighboring towns. Edwin finds beauty in the simple everyday images we all take for granted.

There will be time for Q&A as Edwin shares his photographic tips on using a point and shoot and DSLR camera.

Edwin’s goal is to have his photographs evoke emotion through the strong images that he sees. He looks at a scene and makes it his own, through his minds-eye.

He hopes this feeling of wonder and joyful challenge is in some way reflected in his photography. And that his attempt to fill the frame with light, balance, harmony and human interest is pleasing to the viewer’s eye.
