Recognize These Women? Purse Thieves Sought, Police Say

Police say that two of the women distracted a woman while another stole her purse in Daly City.

DALY CITY, CA- Police are asking for the public's help to locate three suspects who allegedly team-up to steal a purse woman's from a Daly City business Thursday afternoon.

Around 1:30 p.m., the three female suspects entered a store in the 2000 block of Geneva Avenue, according to police.

Two of the suspects allegedly distracted a female employee at the store, by engaging her in conversation, with one of the two blocking the employee's view, police said.

During this time, the third suspect took the employee's purse and placed it in her own bag, according to police.

The victim's purse contained personal information, debit cards and about $150, police said.
