Relay for Life of Pacifica - July 16-17

Hello Patch Readers! Relay for Life of Pacifica is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. Pacifica has raised $1.25 MILLION over the last 16 years to help fight cancer. July 16-17, 2016 @ 10am will be our 17th Relay and will be held at the Terra Nova High School baseball field.

At Relay, teams walk 24 hours to raise funds while we CELEBRATE survivors, REMEMBER those we have lost and FIGHT BACK against cancer. We walk 24 hours because cancer never sleeps - and while we may be tired and cold, it is nothing compared to having cancer.

Relay doesn't just happen, it takes local volunteers to make this happen and we have been planning since December! I am a 6 year cancer survivor and this will be my 7th year of Relay. Many of us are touched by cancer these days and I encourage you to come out and help fight!

• You can make a monetary donation, form a team, join a team, be a sponsor or volunteer to help in some way (accounting, registration, pick up coffee donations)...so many ways to help, just contact us via any of the methods below!
• We have 17 teams and 67 participants to date!
• If you are a survivor or know one, have them sign up for our Survivor lap and breakfast!

If you prefer just stop in, come to TNHS Baseball field on July 16 to walk the track with your community and support our on-site fundraisers!
