Personal Training with Unlimited DEXA and VO2 Max

Custom Fit

Most training programs run on guesswork. Custom Fit replaces it with measurement. At its San Francisco studios, Personal Training and Partner Training memberships include unlimited DEXA body-composition scans and VO2 max testing — diagnostics usually sold one scan at a time or reserved for specialized clinics. Custom Fit members can test as often as they train. The reasoning is straightforward. A DEXA scan measures fat, lean muscle, and bone density with clinical precision. A VO2 max test measures the body's maximum oxygen uptake, one of the strongest predictors of cardiovascular fitness and long-term health. Sweeney Ridge is located near the picturesque coastal town of Pacifica. At this camp, students learn about horses through riding lessons and un-mounted horsemanship lessons. In addition to the lessons, daily activities will include horse themed games and crafts.

Pancake Breakfast: "Join the Redwood City Fire Department at the main Marshall Street fire station for a pancake breakfast. Breakfast is from 8-11 a.m., benefiting the Redwood City Firefighters Association. Breakfast is $10."
Parade: "Come be a part of the largest Independence Day parade in Northern California. Since 1939, it's been the place to be on the 4th of July. The parade starts promptly at 10 a.m."
Car show: "After the parade, enjoy a car show at the "Pizza and Pipes" parking lot."
