Community Forum on Highway 1 Widening

Members of the Pacificans for Highway 1 Alternatives and Pacificans for a Scenic Coast (a project of Pacifica’s Environmental Family) are hosting a "Community Forum on Highway 1 Widening" from 7 to 9 p.m. at Vallemar School, 377 Reina Del Mar, in the Multipurpose Room.

Goodwill Job Readiness Orientation at the Pacifica Resource Center

Lots of large items of furniture donated that needs to go like a beautiful queen size brass headboard and footboard, a new dinette set with four chairs, a vintage headboard, armoire, chest of drawers, gate-leg table, mahogany drop leaf lamp tables, and more. Funds generated benefit the construction of the Pacifica Museum and Event Center and restoration or the Church.

Art Guild of Pacifica's 55th Annual Members Exhibition

The public is invited to the opening of Art Guild of Pacifica’s 55th Annual Members Exhibition at the Sanchez Art Center. Last year’s winners, Eunice 
Chan, Nancy Hall, Stephen Hearne, and Melinda Lightfoot are featured in the Main Gallery. Both exhibitions run through Nov. 17, 2013. 

Saturday, Oct. 12

Sanchez Artists Open Studios

The studio artists at the Sanchez Art Center in Pacifica will open their studios to the public. Visit and view artworks by 25 local artists who work in painting, printmaking, sculpture, assemblage, collage, photography, and watercolors.
