Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Arrest On Peninsula
The 56-year-old driver initially was stopped for a vehicle-code violation, police said.
SAN BRUNO, CA —A 56-year-old South San Francisco man was arrested Tuesday morning on drug-related charges in San Bruno after police pulled over his car for possible vehicle-code violations, according to authorities.
Brian Colley was in a silver 2001 Mercedez-Benz SLK230 when stopped by officers at 10:45 a.m., the San Bruno Police Department said.
He allegedly was in possession of approximately 30 grams of suspected methamphetamine, as well as other items "indicating sales of the illicit narcotics," police said.
Colley was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail in Redwood City for charges related to the suspicion of transportation and sales of a controlled substance, the department said.
