Two Arrested in Pacifica Connection with Stolen Vehicle

Police responded to a call of an unresponsive man lying next to a car, which was later determined to be stolen.

Two San Francisco residents were arrested in Pacifica Saturday in connection with a vehicle theft.

Neville Roebuck, 24, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Konrad Derheim, 23, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle, police said.

Officers with the Pacifica Police Department responded at about 10:30 p.m. to the 400 block of Inverness Drive on a report on an unresponsive man.

Officers arrived and located the man lying next to a vehicle.

A second man was located nearby and admitted to being associated with the vehicle.

Officers determined the vehicle, a white 2015 Subaru Impreza, was reported stolen out of San Francisco, and the two men, identified as Roebuck and Derheim, were taken into custody, police said.
