Don't believe the lies from the City. This new 6.5% tax on all your phones will cost the most vulnerable among us, single mothers, struggling families, handicapped persons, veterans an extra $200 a year. There is no guarantee where they have to spend it. And we no longer need this tax since we have over 1.5 million in reserves.
